As a russian speaking person, I've seen a lot of videos in russian language about this. These kids are merely playing but they really can even bite you on streets; they are eating cat or dog food And this behaviour has become quite popular among teenagers, that's why people there have concerns about it. And for those who think about reasons for their behaviour, it's not because of trying to avoid the mobilisation. I have friends in Russia who are perfectly fit for the mobilisation but they are not yet mobilisated, so it gives me a thought there's no such severe mobilisation as news told. It was slightly off topic sorry. So, this behaviour mostly popular among kids watching anime, as far I understood. It's just a game, but quite weird at least and some people worry about it.
