Comparing kneeling to hating the country is a fukin reach.

@FireGuy0213 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

People still kneel??

@RobertRobinson-j7s April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

Is this Saturday night Live ?

@kmcin April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

Kneeling is the ultimate display of respect NOT disrespect!

@mohaverider8582 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

Protesting is perfectly ok, if done legally.
Kneeling for the national anthem or disrespecting the flag is disgusting.
Why would you show that behavior for a country that allows you to protest? There is a proper time and place for protest.

@AJ-Slapper April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

UK citizen, even I would stand for the US national anthem. Deep Respect to the country and those that bled and died not just for the US but for the world. The world is a better place because of their sacrifice

@KathrineORourke April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

My father who was airman for many years, said that yes it sucks, but they have the right to do so.

@talonmiller9744 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

So to make it clear, Nate Boyer, a retired Green Beret and former NFL player, advised Kaepernick to kneel rather than sit on the bench like he did 3 separate times before he started to kneel. Boyer respected the thoughts and opinions on Kaepernicks feelings towards oppression in the country, and the kneel was discussed during a meeting between the two. It was to get the people talking about the oppression of people of color within the country while still compromising with the symbol of standing for the anthem. Boyer would've liked him and everyone else to stand, obviously. I'm not taking sides on the matter, I'm just saying, there's an actual story to be read about it

@Ccchris01928 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

You stand to pay respect for all those who have died and fought so you can play and watch the sport in a free country. A time and a place trying to divide people for Media coverage is not the way to spread a message.

@justinbausman7122 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

While I'll agree that it's disrespectful, I also believe that my father and all other veterans fought for are freedoms, one of those being the right to kneel if they feel inclined to do so.

@User-t3t7d April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

Another university brain damaged student.

@arod077 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

What happened to freedom of speech? I do not get this. You may not like it but if they want to kneel that is their right. What is the problem? You guys hated Biden when he was President right. You guys always say support your President but when Biden was President is was all this bullshit.

@markjones3436 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

Though I personally thoroughly despise people not standing for the anthem I do feel it is their right to do so. The first ammendment is absolute. Doesn't matter if you hate the message. I don't get to choose what language or forms of expression someone else uses. If you don't support the 1st ammendment fully and completely for all then you don't support the 1st ammendment at all. Yes it's despicable but it is their right

@WendellRagler April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

I don't agree because all Americans are not equal are have equality rights and you are a evil man that don't what people to protest about their right ,that tells me other people opinion don't matter.
I AM VETERAN AND I NOT INSULT

@TerryCarney-il7xe April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

Thank You for standing up for us Veterans

@alexandram1209 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

And it’s always the rich doing that, they’ve made all that money HERE and use their influence to manipulate the rest of us hoping we will believe we’re small and helpless, it’s deranged

@mrcrowleyoz April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

Isn’t this a free country?

@breakfast917 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

I think after the Floyd incident using your knee to protest is a bit ironic 🦵

@laytongammelgard7794 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

If this boy hates my country pack and get out of my country

@EOTFOFYL91 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

This has always been a big "feeling" for me… and I don't have many. Please respect us, the group that chose to server against the odds…….

@Wirewolfgaming321321 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

I salute for the fallen soldiers that laid their life for this land

@ChiisaiRamen April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

Nah. Freedom of speech includes expression. Kneeling is an expression. Even veterans kneel, the veterans who have been mistreated after their return from vietnam.

Me? I will always stand for that flag and take off my hat if im wearing one. What others do is their freedom to do so, period.

@troya3343 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

Freedom of speech. You can kneel for the flag.

@DaylnD April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

To be fair, a veteran was the one who started that kneeling thing…..not sure why he told Kapernick it would be a good idea or if it was to raise awareness for something we aren’t privy to but I agree with Charlie, veteran or not I think you should stand unless you are physically unable to.

@heartshot8699 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

You hate Trump?…. You hat America

@Jesusisrealhesaves April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

Thata a real question, why are they here?

@davetessmer6424 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

Damn right

@Slickjdjxbsgd April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

It should be a criminal offense

@stanleyschaffer9574 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

People like Charlie Kirk and Trump the tramp are hypocrites

@Exploer8591 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

Nationalism is over, and a world government will soon be put into place. If Charlie Kirk isn't aware of this, then he's not nearly as informed as he believes himself to be. Those who gave their lives in defense of national borders have died in vain.

@pepinillorick5741 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

uhhhhh ¿How is that do you think that kneeling, an action used for milennia to show submission and or loyalty its seen as disrecpectfull ?
thats what i believe using pure logic, but i don't live there, maybe people used it in a way of showing disrecpect i don't know, but that would be the weird thing to do.

@haydenseitz8012 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

I would better phrase the question to pick his brain on it as a form of useful protest. While I disagree with either one has a much better claim than I hate America so I sit or kneel.

@UnknownLegend157-kp8xr April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

It's a fredom though…

@GabrielHernandez-if7yh April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

The national Anthem and flag does not belong to the military. Why does that action offends the military personell in Charlie's opinion?

@alem2076 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

Lol this is hilarious and sad. Who cares about a dam flag or the corrupt reason the government does what it does for thier own best interest. Military is a job a choice I honestly dont pat them on the back for it. What the states have stood for is long gone. I dont put my faith in men.

@kmock April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

They wont teach you how and why you have the right to free speech and the men and women that died for this country to keep it.

@Peace2U-ec6es April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

I Love seeing young people waking up.

@Reem-o5u April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

@20x20 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

A nation is people. Not land and laws.

@oldmanjohnson69 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

You forgot to allow for the ones who have problems standing.

@Daniel_Roach April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

Am a veteran, i dont care what people do.

@ashlier9422 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

Please don't speak for us veterans, Charlie Kirk. I fought for FREEDOM OF CHOICE, not forcing people to subscribe to performative patriotism.

@onerainiday April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

"They" want Sharia law. Love USA or leave.

@intellygent-alienking5651 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

I get that Charlie's passionate about this, but kneeling is free speech. You don't have to like it or agree, but isn't the point of being free is to do whatever you want, assuming any laws arent broken.

We cant signal for free speech only when its convenient for either side.

Not disagreeing with Charlie on leaving the country if the hate it so much, but everyone should be allowed to voice their frustrations. Just have to have sensible conversations without the emotion involved

@23trewilliams April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

Kneeling or sitting during the national anthem is not disrespectful to America, it’s basically what is happening in the world with police brutality with African Americans, we love America just like everyone else but we cannot stand the police brutality that is going on. You can say that I’m wrong and being disrespectful, but it’s my opinion

@Donutkush April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

The narrative of “if you dont like your country leave” is basically why we have an immigration problem. Instead of fighting and fixing a nation everyone just runs away

@the_original_van_d April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

Canadian here. Seeing my fellow citizens boo the US anthem was absolutely sickening to me. American citizens disrespecting their own anthem is exponentially worse.

@LostBoy1920 April 19, 2025 - 2:03 am

Well first of all it's all symbolic, standing versus kneeling is virtually equal. So standing or kneeling I think are interchangeable in my book, to do neither I think is disrespectful but I don't think either of them are inherintly superior or more respectful than the other. So kneel, stand, I don't care which, unless you're physically unable to stand, sitting is not an option in my book
