Better figure it out pretty quick or BV should be out of a job. (If true)
What’s going on with Gibson #1?
Please don’t play like that, and say the team needs a spell on it to keep them healthy. Come on guys not that serious to be talking like that 😞
Bottom line, an above average QB and offensive coach can work with injuries. We did not not have either last year. It remains to be seen if the new guys are the upgrade they have been said they are. Not having a spring game, is probably the same reason that Texas decided against it, they think it provide other universities a tryout tape for the transfer portal.
You guys are so full of yourself if you think this team is going to be any good.Without those receivers without them we will not win more than seven games sorry it's the truth
I mean, seriously. What the hell is going on?Why the f*** do we have all of our receivers?Always getting hurt all the f time
This makes me sick
Dude I’m fucking crying
Could we please recruit WR's that aren't made of GLASS.
We are already dead broke in the WR room!! WTAH, I'm so tired of this crap!!! I guess mateer can just throw to himself!?
stop making a big deal outta this situation. this is a rough sport and expect injury to happen,
It was difficult for me to get excited about all the news hearing how OUr receivers were balling out in camp. Hate to say it, but I was just patiently waiting for the inevitable bad news. I'm convinced this university is cursed. Get a priest with holy oil to come in. This spell needs to be broken.
OU should just go the Triple Option at this point. F' it.
We all sat here and bashed Nic Anderson for "sitting out" just to hit the portal. Truth is, the kid lost faith and OUr medical, strength/conditioning staff. At this point, can anyone blame him for leaving 🤷🏾♂️
Train like Jerry rice these kids should sit freshman year
J I did notice the lockers brah, but you know I like to keep it X’s & O’s, but respect on the back drop ✊🏾
Could Peyton Bowen play WR part time? full time? or is he needed at safety full time?
This may seem far fetched, but… does Owen Field still have that unusually high crown on the field that dates back to the wishbone days? I know it's a subtle thing, but it's just an idea. Could it contribute to injuries for receivers over time playing on it?
Smittty’s program is to be questioned at least for skilled positions in particular WR
No fond memories of nasty, stinky lockers no comment!
Having Gibson suffer a significant injury sucks no doubt. The others "so far" don't seem that bad. It's only April, rehab and rest should have the others back for fall. Let's not set our hair on fire just yet.
The curse of the receiver room reminds me of the story of Jonah in the Bible. Because of his disobedience he brought calamity on everyone in the boat. A violent storm rose up and everyone in the boat wondered who brought the calamity. Jonah confessed it was him and they through him overboard, then the storm ceased. Makes me wonder if one of the coaches has some bad juju. This just doesn't happen, at least I have never seen one room get hit by injuries so many injuries for so long. Someone might need to be tossed overboard. Of course it could just be coincidence, but makes you go HMMMM..
this is poor coaching, absolutley ridiculous
