My fiancÊ was murdered almost 21 years ago and I keep his stuff at my sisterâs because itâs too painful. I cannot fathom what sheâs been through and the crushing reality of that pain. Sheâs so strong.
If he had know Jesus before this and not after his life would have been so different. Hopefully he is saved now. This poor family.
Does anyone else worry if that pendant is haunted?
She needs to watch the 12/28/86 story of a murderers heart giving 35 years of life to a wonderful person.
17:03 I went thru the same thing with my daughters murderer Louisiana has a program called vod where they help the victims family to meet with the accused. It took 4 years before we could meet. Even though I didn't get my answers I still did it. It did help me to get some closure.

Yes… It hurts but you have to forgive in order to see and live with JESUS… The man that killed those young girls if he ask JESUS for forgiveness JESUS will forgive him… You can't have hate in your heart, JESUS wants us to forgive people… Thank you JESUS đ
That's pretty gritty what that Mother did. She looked the monster in the face and schooled it.
What a powerful video. Good for you Mom, to stand up for what YOU wanted.
You have all my respect and more. Raya. â¤
I'm Australian, don't believe in Capital Punishment but if you do, going to sleep, peacefully is a far, far way removed from eighteen bloodthirsty stab wounds to take a mother from her children, a daughter from her parents, a sister from her brothers/sisters, a friend from friends. Your country really needs some work, more than 'some', I'd say.
Manipulating till the end. She is betraying her loved one in my opinion. She may regret it.
This man might have been sorry but it was for himself because he was about to be executed.
Misty's mother is such a powerful person! I don't even live in the US, but I can't even look at the murderer's picture!
Love this show!
Paula is much stronger, and definitely more compassionate than I could ever be. If my daughter was murdered, stabbed a whopping 28 times, also killing her friend and severely injuring her boyfriend. I donât think I would EVER be able to have even an ounce of compassion for the person that took my childâs life. My blood was boiling the entire time they spoke. He really is such a master manipulator, I could see right through that coward. Rest in peace, Mitzi, I hope that your family has found some sort of peace. â¤
"Dying is easier than this????" Such a load of BS……
Mitzi was beautiful, just like her Momma….
I'm only half way through this so i don't know the outcome but right now i feel like she's wrong not to want him to be allowed to donate body parts.
This was heart wrenching. But I must say, that there is no way I would eeeeever keep anything that man wore on his person in my house.
Soo sad, her poor Mama, rest in Heaven Mitziđđ
Paila was very professional â¤
She was really pretty her mom is too
Catholics are supposed to be anti capital punishmentâĻ.
That this piece of crap is setting some conditions is just ridiculous đŽ Strong Mamaâ¤No one can stop or really understand what is going on inside of her chest.â¤â¤â¤
Iâm blubbering like a baby watching this and Iâve been watching 48 hours for many years
This is so gut wrenching for the mother. The sadness and anger and why????? She is so brave and courageous and my heart goes out to her and her family.
What a mighty God we serve!! King Jesus â¤
Wow this was so uncomfortable to watch. What a strong woman
Of all the 48 hours Iâve watched this episode has purpose. I was so touched by it. Thank you!
Oddly, could it be the death penalty that saved his soul? Being confronted with the reality of death versus a life sentence when death isnât known.
It had to feel like such a release to let all of that out. I wouldnât want to hear him talk, and even seeing him cry would infuriate me.
maybe if he has such a kind caring mother of mitzi , or one person to care as much as this beautiful mother who loved her daughter, maybe…this would have all not happened.. abused children grow up usually becoming danger to themseves and others. they get drugged to numb their childhood trauma, but anyway, pray that they both rest and peace, and i hope the mother has found peace in forgiveness. its only thing that gives you closure, ur courage to forgive.
Roy Brooks is still in SCDC AND likely won't ever be released. South Carolina abolished parole for life sentences in 1996 and also requires people who are convicted of a crime crying a maximum of 20 years or more or who are convicted of a violent felony regardless of length if they have a prior violent felony to serve 85%. It is time for South Carolina to permanently abolish parole FOR ALL FELONIES and require anybody who commits a misdemeanor or felony to serve 85% of day for day (100%) of their sentence depending on the offense. .
