Ask law officers investigating these things how many times cases have been shut down by the higher-ups, either because those people are directly involved or because they got a phone call from someone even higher up who is.
Seems to me the powers that be don't want this to stop. UK needs total shake up, they can arrest a woman for commenting on her Childs school, but they cannot find adults searching for children to abuse. This has gone on far too long and it is wake up time.
