Any court discussion which ignores the fact that an amount of land and assets equivalent to muslim community's claim in 1947 which was 20% on the basis of proportion of population has beeen transferred to muslim community in the form of pakistan. These include holiest of the holy places of Sikhs, hindus, budhdhists & jains.

While muslims can still acquire property post 1947, these have to be new assets which did not exist before 1947.

Any court case & judgement which ignores assets transferred during partition would not be JUST. It would be seen as doing injustice to non muslims particularly hindus, sikhs, jains & budhdhists who have lost huge amount of land and assets to muslims during partition.
